Fall swim lessons begin in September with a range of skill levels taught by American Red Cross certified instructors. \u00a0Classes are available for ages six months to adult.\u00a0 Classes are affordable &#8212; eight classes for just $50.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Prepare for the beach with aqua aerobics. Choose from an invigorating fast paced workout offered at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday through Friday or the ultra-low impact National Arthritis Foundation sponsored class at 1:15 p.m. Tuesdays and Fridays.\u00a0 Classes are in chest-deep water, 45 minutes in length and a great way to keep fit while not impacting heavily on your joints.\u00a0 Whether your goal is getting in shape, losing weight or rehabilitation of an injury we\u2019ve got an aquatic activity for you.\u00a0 There are always lifeguards-on-duty.\u00a0 Lap swimmers are welcome.<\/p>\n<p>For hours and rates call the pool at (239) 369-8277.\u00a0 The pool is located at the Lehigh Community Park, 1400 West Fifth St., Lehigh Acres, 33936.
