Deputies reported they could spell alcohol on Weightman.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->After being placed in the back of a patrol car, Weightman started kicking the window of the car.<\/p>\n<p>Deputies told Weightman to stop kicking the window because he would hurt himself and damage Lee County property. Deputies tazed him twice in order to gain compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Weightman was taken to the Lee County Sheriff&#8217;s Office East District substation. He started to kick the window again. When a deputy open the patrol car&#8217;s door, Weightman spit on the deputy&#8217;s leg and began to spit in the back of the patrol car.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, Weightman said, &#8220;It doesn&#8217;t matter, I&#8217;ll be in Brazil next week, you won&#8217;t be able to find me!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Deputies told Weightman they would note his intention to flee.<\/p>\n<p>Weightman was arrested for trespassing and battery on an officer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lee County Sheriff&#8217;s deputies responded to a call about a man refusing to leave the Winn-Dixie on Bell Boulevard N. in Lehigh Acres on Thursday.
