During the investigation, a medical doctor, who is an expert in child abuse, established that the victim sustained multiple serious injuries.<\/p>\n<p>The baby had a fracture on the left side of her skull and her right leg, according to the report. Investigators say those injuries appeared intentional and consistent with child abuse.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->A doctor told police that no one single event could have caused the child&#8217;s injuries, according to the report.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_31899\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-31899\" style=\"width: 168px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-31899 \" title=\"Latrice Luster\" src=\"http:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Latrice-Luster-240x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"168\" height=\"210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Latrice-Luster-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Latrice-Luster.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 168px) 100vw, 168px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-31899\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Latrice Luster<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>An extensive investigation by detectives in the Major Crimes Unit was conducted, which included numerous interviews and the examination of physical evidence.<\/p>\n<p>The suspects were identified as the victim\u2019s biological parents: Latrice Luster, 19, and Timothy Henderson, 19.<\/p>\n<p>Detectives arrested the pair Wednesday on charges of Aggravated Child Abuse. They were taken into custody and booked into the Lee County Jail.
