Wayne went on to say \u201cWe have to wait until November 2015 to hire them back.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wayne also admitted to the commissioners he\u2019s had talks with Lee County EMS officials and they are planning on placing County EMS ambulance in Lehigh Acres if the assessment fails.<\/p>\n<p>Scott Tuttle,\u00a0Deputy Director Public Safety and EMS Chief for Lee County EMS said, \u201cWe are aware of the assessment for Lehigh Fire that is going on the\u00a0Nov. 4ballot. We are working to develop a plan, should that ballot measure fail. \u00a0The county will<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0<\/span>work with Lehigh Acres Fire and Rescue to ensure there is continuous EMS coverage for the residence of Lehigh Acres.
