Pursuant to Florida Statute 775.21 the Public Safety Information Act of 1997, the Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office is making formal community notification of a sexual predator registered as residing in Lee County, as well as whether the victim was a minor or adult at the time of offense.<\/p>\n

Perez was convicted of Lewd or lascivious molestation victim under 12 years\/offender 18 or older in March 2006 in Lake, FL.<\/p>\n

The Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office distributes this information to area schools, state registered daycare centers and Lee County Parks and Recreation facilities located within a one mile radius of the predator\u2019s residence.<\/p>\n Additionally, the Sheriff’s Office has joined a partnership with FDLE by offering a link to a new feature. FDLE developed a notification service at the direction of the Florida Legislature as part of the state’s compliance with the federal Adam Walsh Act. Citizens may select an unlimited number of addresses and\/or offenders to track…and can update their selections at any time.
