Greenup was arrested in May for child abuse after he reportedly threw Nicholas into a cement slab.<\/p>\n<p>Deputies say\u00a0Levi Greenup beat Nicholas Padgette\u00a0after the toddler went to the bathroom in his pants.<\/p>\n<p>Nicholas\u2019 grandmother Denise Cope tells us they received some bad news recently.
