Contest is simple<\/strong> – How to Properly Retire a Rolling Stone Magazine<\/span> \u2026\u2026..<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since the Rolling Stone Magazine is threating a law suit against The Rolling Stone Libation Company. We want you to figure out the proper and etiquette way to properly retire a Rolling Stone Magazine. You must email your name, full address and phone and how you would properly retire a Rolling Stone Magazine to rollingstone@lehighacresgazette.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Winners will be chosen by the Lehigh Acres Gazette and \u00a0The Rolling Stone Libation Company on April 5, 2014.<\/p>\n

How simple can this contest be \u2026\u2026. There must be more than several ways in which you may give your Rolling Stone Magazine the proper retirement without showing humiliation to it.<\/p>\n

Acceptance<\/strong>
\nParticipation constitutes entrant\u2019s full and unconditional agreement\u00a0to and acceptance of these official rules. By participating in the\u00a0contest, entrant is representing and warranting that he\/she has read and\u00a0understood, and agrees to be bound by, these rules. Including the guides and rules referred to herein, these official rules constitute the\u00a0entire agreement between the entrant and\u00a0Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em>\u00a0in relation to the contest. They govern the entrant\u2019s participation and supersede any prior\u00a0agreements between entrant and\u00a0Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em>\u00a0relating to the contest.<\/p>\n

Eligibility<\/strong>
\nParticipants must be at least 18 years of age by the time of\u00a0submission. Individuals under 18 years of age will need a parent or legal\u00a0guardian to authorize the entry prior to submission. Employees of the\u00a0Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em>\u00a0and its\u00a0respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers,\u00a0advertising clients and families, and persons living in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to participate.<\/p>\n

Contest Period<\/strong>
\nThe\u00a0How to Properly Retire a Rolling Stone Magazine<\/em><\/strong> runs from March 3 \u2013 March 28, 2014. All submissions must be\u00a0emailed to rollingstone@lehighacresgazette.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Judging and Selection of Winners<\/strong>
\nAll entries will be judged by the\u00a0Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em>\u00a0and The Rolling Stone Libation Company<\/em> based on originality depicting in the sent email. Email participation is not limited to Lehigh Acres residency.<\/p>\n

If a winner cannot be notified within five (5) days after its selection,\u00a0or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the\u00a0prize will be forfeited.<\/p>\n

Winners will be required to have signed and returned to the\u00a0Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em>\u00a0an\u00a0affidavit of eligibility, liability\/publicity release and royalty-free\u00a0license within 10 days of the date of winning notification,\u00a0otherwise the prize will be forfeited.<\/p>\n

Contest Prizes<\/strong>
\nThe prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash\u00a0equivalent is permitted. The\u00a0Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em>\u00a0may substitute the prize for one of\u00a0equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Awards will be fulfilled\u00a0no later than the date of the date of the Fort Rock 2014 contest \u00a0after conclusion of the contest.<\/p>\n

Intellectual Property<\/strong>
\nBy sending the email you agree to this section by submission you are entering the contest, participants agree to give\u00a0the\u00a0Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em>\u00a0permission to use participant\u2019s name and likeness for promotional\u00a0purposes without further compensation. Entrant hereby irrevocably\u00a0grants, transfers, sells, assigns and conveys to the\u00a0Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em>, and each of\u00a0their respective successors and assigns, all present and future rights,\u00a0title and interest of every kind and nature whatsoever, including,\u00a0without limitation, all copyrights, and all rights incidental,\u00a0subsidiary, ancillary or allied thereto (including, without limitation,\u00a0all derivative rights), in and to the Submissions for exploitation\u00a0throughout the universe, in perpetuity, by means of any and all media\u00a0and devices whether now known or hereafter devised (including the right\u00a0to publish and display Submissions for purposes of advertising,\u00a0publicity and\/or trade, in whole or in part).<\/p>\n

Entrant agrees and acknowledges that the\u00a0Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em>\u00a0may now or in the future work on or\u00a0develop an idea or concept for other video creations based on contest submission. As\u00a0such, the entrant hereby holds the\u00a0Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em>\u00a0harmless and indemnifies the\u00a0Gazette<\/em>\u00a0against any course of action for similarities in any writing work.<\/p>\n
