Pursuant to Florida Statute 775.21 the Public Safety Information Act of 1997, the Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office is making formal community notification of a sexual predator registered as residing in Lee County, as well as whether the victim was a minor or adult at the time of offense.<\/p>\n

Ramiro Rodriguez\u00a0has moved to 3700 Irma Avenue North, Lehigh Acres, FL 33971. His previous address was in Palmetto, FL 34221.<\/p>\n

Name\/Description:\u00a0Ramiro Rodriguez\u00a0(DOB 01\/13\/1967) W\/M; 5′ feet 6″ inches tall; 178 pounds; Black hair; Brown Eyes.<\/p>\n

Rodriguez\u00a0was convicted of Lewd or Lascivious molestation victim under 12 years in October 2003 in Collier County. The victim was a minor.<\/p>\n

The Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office distributes this information to area schools, state registered daycare centers and Lee County Parks and Recreation facilities located within a one mile radius of the predator\u2019s residence. Additionally, the Sheriff’s Office has joined a partnership with FDLE by offering a link to a new feature. FDLE developed a notification service at the direction of the Florida Legislature as part of the state’s compliance with the federal Adam Walsh Act. Citizens may select an unlimited number of addresses and\/or offenders to track…and can update their selections at any time. The alert system will send email notifications within 24 to 48 hours of an address change to the state’s registry.<\/p>\n

2. Click on Crime Activity<\/p>\n

3. Click on Sex Offender \/ Predator<\/p>\n

4. Click Florida Offender Alerts System under “Email Alerts”<\/p>\n
