And guess what, I was pleasantly pleased, I am now less than 400 pounds, and I weighed in today it 399 pounds \u2026. I can\u2019t believe it at the heaviest a few years back I weigh 450lbs and when I started this new journey I started at 410, I didn\u2019t understand everything specially in the first week when a gain weight.<\/p>\n<p>But I can\u2019t wait to be 360lbs again because that was the weight I was 21 years ago when I married Laura.<\/p>\n<p>So the journey continues \u2026\u2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With all the trials and tribulations this month with broken vehicles and life in general, I got on the scale today the first time in a month.
