Deputies responded to the home and confirmed the caller\u2019s information.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the nature of the incident, homicide detectives with the Sheriff\u2019s Office Major Crimes Unit assumed the investigation. The scene remains held as crime scene technicians collect and document evidence. The deceased will be turned over to the District 21 Medical Examiner to confirm cause of death. The names of the victims are pending\u00a0positive identification.<\/p>\n<p>The two victims\u00a0were found inside the home by friends concerned for the well-being of the homeowner and one of her sons. Upon entry into the house they made the grizzly discovery.\u00a0 A third member of the household, 24 year old Steven David Tompkins has not been located at this time\u00a0and due to the circumstances is considered a person of interest.\u00a0\u00a0He may be armed with a handgun and traveling in a 2004, green, 4-door, Ford F-150 Lariat pick-up truck with a Florida license tag of BFK T59.
