Former Captain John Haberman\u00a0commander of Bravo District was promoted to Commander John Haberman\u00a0of the Patrol Bureau which includes the six patrol districts, Watch Commanders, Youth Services, Aviation, Clerical Support, Communications and Operations Support.<\/p>\n<p>Second in charge of Bravo District also changed Lieutenant Paul Cummins<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_28550\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-28550\" style=\"width: 140px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-28550 \" title=\"Lt Cummins\" src=\"http:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Lt-Cummins.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"140\" height=\"168\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-28550\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lieutenant Paul Cummins<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>is the new Assistant Commander Bravo District Patrol and Investigations. Former Lieutenant Timothy Short\u00a0was promoted to Captain Timothy Short.\u00a0Captain Short is one of two Captains assigned to oversee Watch Commanders Section &#8211; Watch Commanders are primarily Lieutenants who provide 24\/7 hour coverage county-wide \u2013 constantly monitoring radio traffic of patrol activity \u2013 frequently one of the first commanding officers to arrive at major crimes, incidents or events.<\/p>\n<p>Among Garrison many accomplishments, Captain Garrison has earned an Associate\u2019s Degree in Criminal Justice from Edison State College; a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Management from Hodges University; and is a graduate of the Executive Academy of Government Leadership and Ethics from Florida Gulf Coast University.\u00a0 Garrison is also a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy.
