With the Master of Ceremonies Lee County Commissioner Frank Mann opening the ceremony and remarks by Commissioners Manning, Pendergrass and Hamman. Phase IV includes the following improvements: handball court, multipurpose athletic flied and the county\u2019s largest and most aesthetic dog park named Paws 4 Duty.
