He must also submit to random drug tests.<\/p>\n<p>His bond was set at $385,000<\/p>\n<p>His next court date is October 28th.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->The victim, Vyanka Rodriguez, is an East Lee County High School student, according to Lee County School District.<\/p>\n<p>Rodriguez had just gotten off a bus and was walking&#8211; she was shot a distance away from the bus.<\/p>\n<p>She was shot in the lower leg and taken to Lee Memorial Hospital with a a non-life threatening injury.<\/p>\n<p>One block over, on 8th Street, deputies were going into and out of a house, only saying it was part of their investigation.<\/p>\n<p>This is the same address listed as Turner&#8217;s residence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UPDATE:Michael Quenton Turner was arrested for aggravated battery and is in custody.
