Morgan, Trustee of the\u00a0Lehigh\u00a0Shopping Center\u00a0Land Trust (Homestead Plaza) for breach of contract. \u00a0Case No.\u00a013-CA-002077 Hearing scheduled for Sept 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>According to Tyler this is a breach of contract lawsuit against Lehigh\u00a0Shopping Center. When his company Tyler Tae Kwon Do Center Inc. was renting space from the center they refuse to take rent then locked him out of his own business. According Tyler the center refuse to allow him to remove personal and business equipment from the property.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<em>Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em>\u00a0has tried to reach to the property owners and phone calls have not been turned.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dewey Tyler has filed a lawsuit against John M.
