Kennedy led the team with 173 assists and 88 steals in 2012-13, while averaging 9.7 points per game, 5.0 rebounds per game and 5.2 assists per game.\u00a0 She started 33 games for the Eagles and led the team to a 27-7 overall record with a perfect 18-0 A-Sun mark. She capped off her career with an All-Tournament Team nod during the 2013 A-Sun Tournament.<\/p>\n<p>Kennedy pulled down a career-high 11 rebounds and scored 10 points at Mercer on Jan. 2 for her first career double-double.\u00a0 The point guard recorded a career-high 19 points on two occasions during her senior campaign and dished out a record 12 assists at ETSU on Jan. 12.\u00a0 The assist performance ranks second among all-time Eagle records.<\/p>\n<p>As an underclassman, Kennedy played in 63 games during two seasons with Oregon State.\u00a0 She scored 192 points and dished out 113 assists for the Beavers before transferring to FGCU.<\/p>\n<p>Kennedy will join the Royals in Saarlouis as they begin the 2013-14 season on Saturday, Sept. 28.\u00a0 The Royals are two-time national champions and three-time winners of the National Cup of Germany.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are very eagerly waiting to see what Brittany can do for us,\u201d said Saarlouis Head Coach Ren\u00e9 Spandauw.\u00a0 \u201cWe are a team that plays pressure defense and runs, so we think she is a very good fit for our team.\u00a0 We have received very good reports through Coach Smesko, so we are confident Brittany will be a very valuable part of our team.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The DBBL season will continue through March.\u00a0 Games will be streamed live on the league\u2019s website, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dbbl.de\/cms\/\">http:\/\/www.dbbl.de\/cms\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>2013-14 women\u2019s basketball season tickets are selling quickly.
