THE WORKSHOP SHALL BE TUESDAY, AUGUST 27, 2013, AT 4:30 P.M. THE PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP IS TO DISCUSS THE GENERATION OF DISTRICT REVENUE THROUGH THE VARIOUS LEGAL METHODS, INCLUDING THE NON-AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT METHOD, AND TO DISCUSS ANY AND ALL OTHER MATTERS THAT MAY COME BEFORE THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS. THIS WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. NO DECISIONS SHALL BE MADE BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS DURING THE WORKSHOP. EVEN THOUGH NO DECISIONS WILL BE MADE DURING THE WORKSHOP, IF A PERSON DECIDES TO BRING ANY LEGAL ACTION RELATED TO ANY MATTER DISCUSSED AT SUCH MEETING, HE OR SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE OR SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE LEGAL ACTION IS TO BE BASED.
