Instead he found what he describes as a 250-pound black bear.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It\u2019s just unusual to trap a bear like this,&#8221; said Vest.<\/p>\n<p>The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission arrived and tranquilized the bear and transferred to a proper-size cage<\/p>\n<p>FWC officer said the bear will be released back into the wild.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s the\u00a0second time\u00a0in nearly a month a hog trapper in the Alva area has caught something other than a hog in his trap.
