The WOW Festival was designed to help people discover Southwest Florida\u2019s water, land and wildlife.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The district also received an Image Award and a Judge\u2019s Award in the division for Public Relations Tools for its Stormwater Opportunities Presentation which resulted in a grant from South Florida Water Management District to build the Halfway Pond Pump Station Phase 1.
