Sheriff Deputies said he was fighting with his sister in a residence at <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?q=518+Willard+Avenue&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;ei=fXN5UeznNo3G9gT30YHIBw&amp;ved=0CAsQ_AUoAg\">518 Willard Avenue<\/a> when he shot one of her kittens with a BB gun. The kitten had a wound in its rear leg consistent with a BB, according to a sheriff\u2019s office report.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>According to the Sheriff&#8217;s report; Carr told deputies he shot at his sisters kittens because he was afraid some might have rabies and could attack him.
