<\/a>Time is running way to fast, and it\u2019s almost time to kick-off the 2013 Lehigh Spring Festival this Friday, March 15! I hope you will join us at Veteran\u2019s Park for this year\u2019s festivities during our nine day event.<\/p>\nAs a past parade participant we would like to invite you to be part of our 2013 Lehigh Spring Festival Parade, which will take place on Saturday, March 23, 2013, at 11:00AM. We have extended the registration deadline to Friday, March 15, 2013, so if you would like to be part of this year\u2019s parade, you have to act quickly.<\/p>\n
Simply fill out the Official Parade Registration form (see below) and mail in the completed application along with the proper registration fee before Friday!\u00a0\u00a0The application form can be found on our website:\u00a0http:\/\/www.lehighspringfestival.com\/paradeApp.pdf<\/a> We are encouraging you to be creative with your parade entry and implement this year\u2019s theme into your design, d\u00e9cor and costumes. As in previous years, our distinguished Parade Judges will be awarding trophies in the following categories:<\/p>\n Most Unique & Creative\u00a0\u00a0 Most Original D\u00e9cor & Design\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Most Outstanding<\/p>\n Best Implementation of Theme\u00a0\u00a0 Best Costumes\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Best Crowd Pleaser<\/p>\n We are looking forward to another spectacular, breathtaking and tropical Grand Parade, which will convert the center of Lehigh Acres into one giant Party in Paradise. The parade will start as in promptly\u00a0at 11:00 am, on Saturday, March 23, 2013, and will wind down Homestead Road between Beth Stacey Boulevard and Arthur Avenue.<\/p>\n
\nThe official theme for this year\u2019s event will be \u201cYOU CAN\u2019T STOP THE BEAT\u201d. The theme will reflect the broad variety of a music we enjoy today\u2026 from Musicals, Movie Scores, Country, etc.<\/p>\n
