Judy Carter-Stephenson is the pageant director and is responsible for all the behind the scenes action that makes the pageant run smoothly.\u00a0 Additionally this year Judy is the main sponsor for this year&#8217;s pageant.<\/p>\n<p>Prince and Princess applications will be accepted through Friday, March 8. Baby and Toddler applications will be accepted through Friday, March 15.
