2012 Pageant Winners<\/figcaption><\/figure>\nLehigh Spring Festival Pageant deadlines will be here before you know it!<\/p>\n
As a reminder, this year\u2019s Pageant will be held on Sunday March 17, 2013, under the direction of Pageant Director Judy Carter.\u00a0 She will be assisted again this year by Patty Jackson and DiAnna Reisinger.<\/p>\n
The deadline for the Queen and Junior Princess competition is Feb 28, however rehearsals will begin on Feb 24 at Footnotes Dance Studio.\u00a0 The remaining rehearsal schedule will be provided to each contestant on the 24th<\/sup>.\u00a0 Choreographed dance routines, instruction on pageant protocol, interview techniques, and modeling tips will be provided to the Queen and Junior Princess contestants.\u00a0 Girls aged 9 thru 13 are eligible for the Junior Princess Title and girls aged 14 thru 18 are eligible for the Queen Title.\u00a0<\/p>\nThe Prince and Princess deadline is March 9.\u00a0 This competition is open to boys and girls ages 4 thru 8.\u00a0 There are no rehearsals for this age group, but there will be a meeting for all contestants prior to pageant day so they can see the stage, practice walking, and review typical interview questions.<\/p>\n
The Toddlers competition is open to all children from newborn thru 3.\u00a0 The deadline for entry is March 15.<\/p>\n
The attire for this year\u2019s pageant should coincide with the theme, \u201cYou Can\u2019t Stop the Beat.\u201d\u00a0 Outfits that relate to those worn in \u201cHairspray the Musical\u201d are appropriate.\u00a0 There will be a prize awarded to the best costume for the Prince and Princess as well as the Queen and Junior Princess age groups.\u00a0 Babies and Toddlers should wear Sunday school attire.<\/p>\n
