The driver was last seen heading north on Alvin Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>The driver is described as a black female in her 40s, with a medium build and long hair.<\/p>\n<p>The FHP asks that anyone who may have witnessed the crash or knows the identity and\/or location of the driver contact trooper Richard M.
