\"\"<\/a>Is Eugen\u00a0Borosch,\u00a0King of the Poor, User of\u00a0Politicians,\u00a0The Burgermeister of Lehigh,\u00a0a Bad Businessman or just the\u00a0Puppet\u00a0Master of Lehigh Acres?<\/p>\n

Borosch\u00a0and his company Kings Greens Development Company, LLC refused to pay condominium and assessment fees\u00a0of\u00a0over\u00a0$500,000 dollars payable\u00a0to Kings Greens at Majestic Condominium Association, Inc. of Lehigh Acres.\u00a0As one might suspect, not paying these\u00a0fees placed an enormous burden on all of the other members of the association.\u00a0But did the\u00a0“King of the Poor”\u00a0worry about these poor people?<\/p>\n

Early this year the President of the Condominium Association Melissa Dortch at the\u00a0direction of her board reminded the\u00a0“User of\u00a0Politicians”\u00a0that he owed the condominium association\u00a0over a\u00a0half of a\u00a0million dollars and he must pay up\u00a0or they would foreclosure on the\u00a0property.<\/p>\n

By this time,\u00a0Borosch\u00a0had an $820,000 mortgage\u00a0placed\u00a0on the property held by Hilcone, LLC. Yes, you guessed it, Hilcone, LLC is owned by\u00a0“The Burgermeister of Lehigh” himself\u00a0Eugen,\u00a0and his\u00a0wife\u00a0Conchita Borosch\u00a0and Hildegard Goertz.<\/p>\n

According to\u00a0Public\u00a0records on June 18, 2012 Kings Greens Development Company, LLC magically satisfied the $820,000 mortgage including 8.75% interest to Hilcone, LLC.<\/p>\n

Continuing to refuse to pay the condominium and assessment fees the ” Burgermeister of Lehigh”\u00a0got his attorney John M. Morgan, who in 2009 became the manager of Kings Greens Development Company, LLC to sign over the property\u00a0in lieu of\u00a0foreclosure\u00a0to Kings Greens at Majestic Condominium Association, Inc. on June 19, 2012, without\u00a0ever paying a dime of the condominium and assessment fees he owed to the\u00a0association. Just one of the many\u00a0“Puppet\u00a0Master of Lehigh Acres”\u00a0games, buy something,\u00a0dance around\u00a0and\u00a0then\u00a0refuse to pay for it?<\/p>\n

According to the Lee County Tax Collector Larry Hart, records show the Kings Greens Development Company, LLC never paid their property taxes on the five years they owned the property.\u00a0 And now have stuck the property tax bill to the Condominium Association for over $50,000 dollars.<\/p>\n

During my research I noticed that Kings Greens Development Company, LLC was dissolved by the State of Florida on September 24, 2010. And has not paid the State of the Florida the proper fees and or fines for doing business for the past two years, just another one of the\u00a0“Bad Businessman\u2019s”\u00a0oversights? HUH?<\/p>\n

P.S. The Burgermeister gets pissed off when people do not pay him, how about the $550,000 the Burgermeister still owes others in this community.<\/p>\n
