Most of Welch\u2019s campaign contributions were made from outside to his district (98.3 percent), including four contributions from Political Action Committees (PACs): \u00a0\u00a0$500.00 from Citizens for Housing and Urban, $500 from Floridians For Preserving Sight, $500 from Committee Supporting Utilities and $500 from Teachers United For Better Schools.\u00a0Welch also received a $500 Florida Lobbying Services, Inc out of Tallahassee.<\/p>\n What does this PAC\u2019s have to do with Lehigh Acres and\/or the East County Water Control District (ECWCD)?\u00a0 All of these PACs have two things in common. One \u2013 they all have the same address: 120 S. Monroe Street Tallahassee, FL 32301. And two, the PACs have been linked for years to Florida Senator Mike Bennett and Florida Senator Lizbeth Benacquisto.<\/p>\n Looking back into past campaign reports for Bennett and Benacquisto, the Puppet Master Eugen Borosch has given tens of thousands of dollars in cash or in-kind donations to Bennett and Benacquisto.
