By consistently exceeding expectations, customers will know that USPS values their business.<\/p>\n<p>Small businesses provide the Postal Service with approximately $9 billion in revenue each year\u2014a significant contribution to its bottom line. This is one of the reasons why postal employees are prepared to provide accurate information when customers inquire about USPS regulations, products or services.<\/p>\n<p>Making it easy for small business customers to interact with postal employees delivers the message that the Postal Service values their business.
