Anthony Rocco sprang into action and saved the pre-teen&#8217;s life. He was transported to Lehigh Regional Medical Center for evaluation and medical care.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to the event, Lehigh Community Services pre-registered more than 275 children. During the event, Christ United Methodist Church distributed gift cards for a pair of sneakers from Wal-Mart.
