To enter the contest, participants must be 18 years or older at the date of entry. For\u00a0submissions by individuals under 18, a parent or legal guardian must\u00a0authorize the entry prior to submission. Entrants may enter one video per month. The contest\u00a0is open to Lehigh Acres, Florida residents ONLY.<\/strong> Proof of residency is required for winning any prizes associated with the Positive Eye on Lehigh Video Contest<\/em><\/strong>.<\/strong>
\nContest Description<\/strong>
\nThe Lehigh Acres Gazette <\/em>is offering an opportunity to\u00a0enter a year-long promotion described below as part of the Positive Eye on Lehigh Video Contest<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>for the chance to win a Four-Day, Three-Night stay at a first-class Florida resort. All videos submitted must be limited to three (3) minutes in length \u201ctelling\u201d a story about a \u201cpositive\u201d aspect of living in Lehigh Acres, Florida. Positive Living in Lehigh Acres is defined as \u201cA good, affirmative, or constructive quality or attribute displayed in everyday life.\u201d<\/h3>\n

Acceptance<\/strong>
\nParticipation constitutes entrant\u2019s full and unconditional agreement\u00a0to and acceptance of these official rules. By participating in the\u00a0contest, entrant is representing and warranting that he\/she has read and\u00a0understood, and agrees to be bound by, these rules. Including the guides and rules referred to herein, these official rules constitute the\u00a0entire agreement between the entrant and Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em> in relation to the contest. They govern the entrant\u2019s participation and supersede any prior\u00a0agreements between entrant and Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em> relating to the contest.<\/p>\n

Eligibility<\/strong>
\nParticipants must be at least 18 years of age by the time of\u00a0submission. Individuals under 18 years of age will need a parent or legal\u00a0guardian to authorize the entry prior to submission. All entrants must be amateurs with no employment record in the video production industry. ONLY LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA residents are eligible. Employees of the Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em> and its\u00a0respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers,\u00a0advertising clients and families, and persons living in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to participate. The Positive Eye on Lehigh Video Contest<\/em><\/strong> is subject to all national, federal, state and\u00a0local laws and regulations.<\/p>\n

Contest Period<\/strong>
\nThe Positive Eye on Lehigh Video Contest<\/em><\/strong> runs from August 15, 2012 \u2013 July 15, 2013. All video submissions must be submitted online.<\/a> Monthly submissions must be received by 11:59 EST on 14th<\/sup> of the month for which it is submitted. No new monthly entries will be accepted after this date.<\/p>\n

Each month has a specific \u201cPositive Life in Lehigh Acres<\/em><\/strong>\u201d video theme:
\nAugust 2012: Back to School<\/em>
\nSeptember 2012: Fall Sports<\/em>
\nOctober 2012: Halloween<\/em>
\nNovember: Family Thanksgiving<\/em>
\nDecember: Family Holiday<\/em> (Christmas, Hanukah, Kwanza, New Year\u2019s)
\nJanuary 2013: New Year Resolutions<\/em>
\nFebruary 2013: Valentine\u2019s Day<\/em>
\nMarch 2013: Spring Times<\/em>
\nApril 2013: Children Playing<\/em>
\nMay 2013: Senior Life<\/em>
\nJune 2013: Family Summer Activities<\/em>
\nJuly 2013: Summer Sports<\/em><\/p>\n

How To Enter<\/strong>
\nTo enter the Positive Eye on Lehigh Video Contest<\/em><\/strong>, an entrant must go to the \u201cVideo Submit Page\u201d<\/a> and \u2026<\/p>\n

(a) Read the rules<\/p>\n

(b) Complete and submit the online\u00a0registration form with name, age, address, city, state, zip, phone\u00a0number, email address.<\/p>\n

(c) Each entrant must be the named and authorized account\u00a0holder of the submitted email address in connection with that video\u00a0entry submission.<\/p>\n

(d) Without limiting any representations or warranties, the Lehigh Acres Gazette<\/em> has the right (though not the obligation) to, in its sole discretion, reject or remove from the websites, servers and\u00a0computer systems any work that, in the Lehigh Acres Gazette\u2019s <\/em>reasonable opinion,\u00a0violates these official rules or any applicable policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable.<\/p>\n
