INGREDIENTS

1 Pound Lean Hamburger

1 Egg

Salt & Pepper

Favorite Toppings

Lettuce

Tomato

Onion

Cheese

Hamburger Buns

DIRECTIONS

Place meat into a bowl

Crack the egg into it, mix thoroughly

Form Patties (One pound should make four ¼ quarter pounders which are large or eight smaller thinner burgers.

Grill or place into a pan on the stove.

Cook until desired doneness.
