James Michael Gregory, 34, is facing a charge of lewd and lascivious behavior on a victim under 16 years old after deputies say he was exposing himself to students at a bus stop.
Gregory, was charged Monday and remains in custody at the Lee County Jail.
The sheriff’s office received several complaints since the summer of 2011 that a man in a dark colored vehicle had exposed himself to and masturbated in front of juveniles at the Lehigh Acres bus stop.
On Monday, the man was seen by several juvenile boys, who said they were waiting at the bus stop when he drove by in a dark green Nissan while masturbating. They said he was naked from the waist down.
One of the juveniles was able to get the vehicle’s tag number and went home to tell his parents, who contacted law enforcement.
Deputies located the vehicle in the area and took the driver, identified as Gregory, into custody.
