As election season has once again arrived, I wish to give fair warning to all my fellow Floridians that for some, you may at present feel comfortable living with the political climate throughout our state, however, my strong advice to you is this, don’t be! Instead, make a difference. Please take time to read this important opinion piece that includes important voting information that you will need:
As you and I have received more than our fair share of political mail flyers and postcards, we read the usual promises made by those seeking office or remaining in their political positions are mentioned throughout their mailers. Most Floridians generally take a quick read of where each person seeking our vote stand on the issues that we care about. We do so however with a healthy dose of doubt. We do so not because of their gender, color of their skin, or even their political party affiliation. No, we do so because often, politicians lie, cheat, and backstab those who voted for them.
This brings me to one of the most heinous kinds of politicians, those who belong to the Florida Bar Association, those lawyers and judges involved with Family Law. Now before you make judgement that I am going to trash all lawyers and judges, I won’t. There are some wonderful lawyers and judges. I say that as a former law enforcement officer as well as formerly employed as a Forensic Specialist who designed and implemented alternative to incarceration programs. In fact, I was in large part, instrumental in helping to implement the Veteran’s Treatment Court in Manatee County. I have trained many lawyers, judges and magistrates over the years. I know how they operate their courts, and who is “good”, and who is not.
The issue for me, and most likely for you if you are aware, are the thousands of lawyers and judges who lie and harm families for cash. Let me explain further: the Florida Bar Association owns ever court across our state. They also rule our state legislature with their BAR members as legislators, and their BAR lobbyists that spread thousands of dollars given to Florida legislators to pass bills only on their behalf, not you, the Florida resident. Often these bills passed on behalf of Florida BAR members, are contrary to, and violate the United States Constitution. Am I an attorney you may ask? Not at all, but plainly, when Justice Gorsuch of the U.S Supreme Court replied to a question during recent Fox News TV interview, where he stated that this nation has too many laws, I for one, and hopefully you too, take serious notice of some of the root causes of our so-called, “justice system.”
I have exposed the unconstitutional and corrupt family law industry since 1992. I have seen hundreds of thousands of children, human and sex trafficked as well as used as lab rats for pharmaceutical companies in foster care as well as throughout adoption agencies. I have witnessed millions of families destroyed for the reason of gaining cash by family law BAR members. I have not only witnessed these heinous acts as employed as a law enforcement officer, also a Forensic Specialist, but as well as a credentialed and licensed therapist for 30 years and State of Florida Guardian ad Litem. Case in point, there are nearly 30 million fatherless homes across America. The largest reason for this horrendous issue, is because of the Bar Associations thirst for cash, and the destruction of the American family. If you doubt me, view (one of many) documentary films, including Divorce Corp, 1994. You’ll witness one horror story, after another.
There is not one Florida Bar Association Member who can claim to be for the U.S Constitution, our Bill of Rights while also operating in, or in any fashion abetting the unconstitutional $100 billion dollar per year, family law court industry. When BAR members or those connected to them attempt to tell you otherwise, remind them that they own all the courts, they own all the laws and make anything “lawful” that they wish, regardless of its constitutionality. A prime example of this is the act is imprisoning individuals without a jury trial. That’s right, the BAR Association nullified and changed your United Stated Constitutional right to a jury trial by ignoring the 6th and 7th Amendments contained in the Bill of Rights. Jury trials are NOT allowed in Family Court. A biased BAR judge will determine your guilt or innocence and as well determine if you will suffer incarceration. If you choose to appeal that judge’s decision and no matter how many times you quote from our Constitution, ultimately, every BAR court will deny your God-given rights, even the Supreme Court will do so because it is full of BAR Association members which will justify what benefits them as a whole, not you. In essence, you and I are nothing but serfs and our children are likened to chattel, only to be kidnapped by the government police and sold to the highest bidder via foster care agencies. You cannot be an honest BAR Association member wishing to run for a political office by telling everyone that you support the U.S Constitution, yet rob Constitutional rights from those who stand before you in your Family Law “court room.”
When voting this election season, know who you are voting for. Upwards of 300,000 American children are human and sex trafficked yearly thanks to the partnership of the corrupt Family Law BAR Association members, DCF/CPS, and Domestic Violence Programs that every American taxpayer pay for yearly. Hundreds of thousands of (mostly) women and men seek a divorce. False allegations of abuse are very rarely prosecuted. Parental Alienation is encouraged like the false allegations of abuse because they equate to “billable hours” in the courts and keep Family law judges employed with kickbacks from BAR Association members to keep cases going on and on for months, even years.
I have spent decades helping parents, rescuing children from sex and human traffickers, counseling those with mental and spiritual health issues, but also as a victim of our unconstitutional BAR association Court systems. I had several judges and lawyers send a cop to threaten to murder me for exposing them stealing your federal tax dollars through abetting my Illegal Immigrant perpetrator. Governor Ron DeSantis, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody and every member of Congress refuse to help me and likewise, aide the millions of other Americans, including Floridians suffering injustice via our corrupt governments and Family Law BAR Association judicial system.
Finally, because of the reason I laid out throughout my opinion piece, and know that regardless of political party, every politician, especially BAR Association members running for public office, should garner extra scrutiny before receiving your vote.
