Federal agents with Homeland Security, ATF, and Lee County deputies were at a house on Leeland Heights Boulevard East and Greenwood Avenue in Lehigh Acres.

Neighbors told the media they woke up to yelling and a loud boom. As media crews arrived at the house, a woman approached them and told Velez in Spanish that deputies were there because of a suspicious package they had received.
However, her neighbors told a different story. They told the media that around 10 a.m., they heard federal agents calling out to someone inside, ordering them to come out.
Then they said they heard a loud boom. They also said they saw a chopper circling above with a sniper on board aiming towards the house.
Neighbors said a shirtless man came out, wearing a bulletproof vest, handcuffed with his hands in front of him, not behind, and was placed in the front seat of a vehicle.
At this time, we know Homeland Security special agents executed a search warrant at the home, but haven’t said if anyone was charged.
