Did you know that Florida is under an increased risk of terrorist attacks?
Part 2 of an investigative report.

In last week’s part 1 of my investigative article regarding the concern over the safety of our electrical grid as well as our personal safety of us living in SWFL, I am presenting the surprising email exchange with Captain Alan Canfield, Stacey Rohland, and myself regarding this story.
When reading the email exchange below this article, notice the hesitancy of Captain Canfield to email me any information. You may ask if this is normal protocol of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office when requesting matters of public safety? I had a helpful experience with a lieutenant employed with the LCSO regarding a different issue of public safety late last year. He was very informative as well as professional and emailed me information, so Captain Alan Canfield’s resistance to email me, and insistence to only speak to me by telephone call, certainly makes his request suspicious.
Every Lee County and Florida resident asking important and use of critical thinking questions as to why didn’t Captain Canfield provide the same level of openness and helpfulness should be applied. Perhaps one reason may be, and is not widely known by the American public that here in Florida, telephone conversations cannot be recorded without the permission of parties involved. For those who are indeed not knowledgeable, the Florida Security of Communications Act opens the door to anyone including a law enforcement officer who can be claim they never stated what was actually spoke. This is because there is no evidence, nor proof of what was stated during the phone conversation. Captain Canfield can, if he chose to, give less than truthful information to me, and there will never be proof to show it to anyone. If I, or anyone however choose to violate the Florida Statute and record someone, there is a criminal penalty which can include imprisonment and fine. You can find these penalties under Florida Statutes 934.03 and 934.04. Also, hesitancy by Alan Canfield to give a written response gives greater power to himself. The U.S Supreme Court in Frazier v. Cupp, 394 U.S. 731 (1969) allows law enforcement officers to lie to suspects during an investigation. How far can a law enforcement officer stretch in considering a journalist, or any average Floridian as a “suspect”? One only needs to look at the level of corruption in every level of government and courts to answer that question. Anyone can be considered a “suspect” and justified for any (made up) reason as we see continuous and outrageous court rulings/arrests against average Floridians and Americans in our country including journalists, Bible readers, Roman Catholics, and others.
We may never know the real reason for Captain Canfield’s hesitancy, motivation in having his appearance of candor or accountability. The American/Florida-public (and also myself) where there are many victims of Illegal Immigrants which have our own government/courts abetting Illegals for unlawful reasons, however we all have the right to ask for transparency when requesting information pertaining to our personal safety. Not only (non-paid) journalists such as myself.
You will notice the very last email message was sent to me from Stacey Rohland several days after part 1 of my story was published in both the Lehigh Acres Gazette and Lakeland Gazette. Again, the lack of transparency as Commissioner Mike Greenwell, nor his assistant, Stacey Rohland chose to answer my initial email requesting our safety here in SWFL. Instead, they simply forwarded my email to the LCSO. I did not hear from the commissioner nor his assistant until after the email exchange with Captain Canfield and several days after part 1 of this investigative report was published. In addition, in her email message to me, Stacey Rohland stated I would be provided “follow up” from each entity. As of this date of this part two article being published, I have not been contacted by FPL, LCEC, nor the Liaison Office of the LCSO.
The public trust of our federal, state and local governments is rapidly declining for a myriad of reasons including lack of transparency and trust. As I see journalists, not just ordinary Floridians being arrested by rogue government agents and courts, I wish here, too to be totally transparent and be sure this investigation deserves some self-disclosure on my part. In both part 1 and 2 of this investigative article I identified as myself being victimized by both an Illegal Alien and bad actors in our courts. Of course, I know of many others also victimized by Illegal Immigrants, including one here in Lee County who committed suicide because he was not given justice by our Lee County, Florida government court.
I want all my weekly readers also to know that long ago, at age 22 years-old I dedicated my life to public service through employment as a law enforcement officer. Although no longer employed in that field after eight years of service, I have not stopped in my forty-plus years working hard and diligently as an ordained Christian minister, here in the U.S and travelling the world to help others including as a licensed therapist, rescuing sex trafficked children, feeding the poor, etc., I have always strived to make my life and all Christian-work, fully transparent. Our Founding Fathers designed our government/courts to operate as the same, openly and transparently. That stated, government’s predominant role is to protect We the People, not to be apathetic or have any appearance of hiding anything, including bad behavior, such as lack of public safety.
Lastly, every reader should know as part of my self-disclosure, my infrequent experience with the majority of Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies and Florida law enforcement, has generally been both professional and beneficial to me. I appreciate them and personally hope we can help all our Florida law enforcement officers including our current Sheriff; Carmine Marceno make Lee County safer through employing more deputies so to help remove (any) terrorists here, protect us and our Florida infrastructure, arrest reckless and dangerous drivers on our road, and as well, greatly improve in arresting more drug traffickers, and sex/human traffickers operating in our county, especially those who engage in child sex trafficking/crimes.
