After a fire damaged a food truck on Sunday, our Life Safety team is reminding food truck drivers to give their trucks some space! Food trucks should be parked at LEAST 10 feet from buildings, other food trucks, or anything else that can catch fire (like tents and tables). Additionally, they recommend setting up generators 10 feet away from the food truck and nearby structures. This can help prevent a fire in the food truck or generator from spreading and causing additional damage or injuries.
