Woman wanted after hit-and-run

Florida troopers are trying to find the woman who struck an ATV rider Sunday evening.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened on Harvest Avenue in Lehigh Acres. After the crash, the driver fled the scene in another car.

The other car was then involved in another crash at Bell Boulevard and Meadow Road where the suspect fled on foot.

Troopers identified the driver of the Dodge Challenger as Amber Jean Tremblay.

Authorities have tried to contact Tremblay who at this time could face charges of leaving the scene of a crash with serious injuries, driving with a suspended license and driving with a suspended license causing serious injuries, all of which are felonies.

The victim was transported to Gulf Coast Medical Center. His current condition has not been provided.
