Did you know that two female squatters and their Pitbull did $40,000 worth of damage to a home?
The women moved into the vacant home in March, after previous tenants had moved out, according to the owner.
According to a Jacksonville Police report, one of the two women had been evicted from another nearby home following a similar story that they were “victims” of a rental scam.
When the landlords attempted to evict the two female lovers from the home, the owners were attacked by one of the squatters who threw a brick causing significant damage to the house. After the brick was thrown, the female squatters then began throwing human feces at the landlords.
The landlords not knowing at the time of the incident the full extent of the damage, finally were given access to their rental property when the two squatters were finally evicted and removed after spending $5,000 in court fees. Among the wreckage were ripped-out cabinets, large holes punched in the wall, the washer and dryer were missing, and dog feces was all throughout the house and property.
