On October 29, 2022, I observed two problems at the voting station at Veterans Park Lehigh Acres Florida, and another at East Lee County Regional Library on October 30, 2022.
1st incident happened at 557 pm a voter approached the polling station and was stopped by a lady wearing a yellow vest with a star on the vest now the person wearing the vest with a star on it was inside the 150 ft. mark of the polling station?
The lady working the polls informed the person that it was 557 and the polls were closing and they would have to come back and would not be able to vote that day the voter informed her she was there to vote and after a minute of delay by the poll worker the voter-passed and went to the door now
2nd incident occurred at 558 pm I spoke briefly and told the voter to run and get to the poll.
Once again same poll worker informed the voter it was 558 pm and the polls were closing and probably would not be able to vote the voter ran to the door.
Once again the voter was in the 150 ft. of door that keeps candidates out.
3rd incident occurred the guards at East Lee County Regional Library are making everybody throw out their voting aids “aka flyers and or sent out voting examples” in the trash before going into the voting conference room.
I then spoke to a poll worker at Veterans Park and informed them that I was the Candidate for the DISTRICT 77 FLORIDA HOUSE OF REP AND ON THE BALLOT SHE HAD TO DO THAT AND WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO.
AT THIS TIME I AM ASKING GOV DESANTIS TO OPEN A FORMAL INVESTIGATION OF THIS ISSUE.
THIS IS VERY CONCERNING TO ME AS I AM ON THE BALLOT AND PAID 1850.00 TO BE ON THE BALLOT TO DENY VOTERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO VOTE
GOV DESANTIS THIS EMAIL WAS SENT TO DEMOCRAT AND REPUBLICAN PARTIES AND JUST ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE. THIS IS VERY CONCERNING
GOV DESANTIS THE ELECTION BOARD DOES HAVE THE NAMES OF BOTH VOTERS AND I ENCOURAGE THEM TO BE INTERVIEWED TO DETERMINE IF THEY FELT THEIR VOTING RIGHTS WERE INTERFERED WITH.
CONSIDER THIS A FORMAL COMPLAINT
