MULTI-TENANT COMMERCIAL is Located on Lee Blvd Next to Aldi’s and across from Taco Bell. STARBUCKS, ASPEN DENTAL, MODWASH are all planned building tenants. There is one more parcel that I am unsure of the future tenant. I have heard rumored of Chipotle but can not confirm that.
