Buildings range in size from 10,000 sq ft, 13,000, 21,000 and 27,000 sq ft. Looks like the entrance of SR82 will have a dedicated turn lane. Also, drive access on Alabama and also to the 7-11 parking lot. No info on potential tenants yet.
