When Barry filled out the paperwork to run to the Lehigh Acres Fire Dist she used that address paperwork dated 6/9/2020.
Where did she live when she took office in Nov 2020?
Where did she live between 5/4/2020 – 3/18/2021?
Barry rented 1237 Belair St E by Barry on March 18, 2021, for $1350 a month.
Barry did not change her voter’s registration from 1450 23rd St E to 1237 Belair St E until April 2021.
Was Barry a legal voter between 5/4/2020 – 4/2021?
We complained to the local elections on these issues of her not living in the Fire Dist when she running for office and then she took office: following is the email the election office got from Barry that never answered the questions Email Dated April 16, 2021:
2020 Form 1 does not list her income at a Fire Commissioner $6,000 a year and it shows that she owns the house at 1450 23rd St E ( sold on 5/4/2020) and 2020 Form 1 was dated June 11, 2021.
Also, the warranty deeds the Barry’s provided the new owners of 1450 23rd St E is questionable:
The home was sold/executed on 5/4/2020 for her but never recorded until 5/13/2021. Two separate warranty deeds on two different dates for barry and her ex. and his deed does not state if her single man, why? One of the witness’ and the notary are the same person on the deeds, why?
