Did you know?

Did you know that the press secretary for Governor Ron DeSantis was recently forced to register as a foreign agent?

This past Wednesday, DeSantis defended his press secretary, Christian Pushaw after she was found this last week in need to register as a foreign agent due to her work for the former president of the nation of Georgia.

Despite Pushaw ending her work for the former president of Georgia twenty-two years ago, critics have questioned why she had delayed her registration as a foreign agent.

Pushaw who has a heavy presence on Twitter, is often used as an attack dog for the governor. Pushaw is well known to push questionable news items, attack on journalists, and often ignores issues important to average Floridians such as justice related problems. Pushaw was once suspended on Twitter for 12-hours due to “abusive behavior.”

According to Pushaw’s lawyer, Michael Sherwin, Pushaw made her disclosure after she was contacted by the U.S Justice Department which notified her that she was required to register as a foreign agent under the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
