Lee Health offers new wages to keep employees

Lee Health has lost over 100 providers in the last three month, now Lee Health offers new wages to keep employees.

Lee Health is adjusting base pay by 4% for all employees below the level of vice president, including nursing leadership (and not including physicians) starting with the June 5 pay period. This increase is an important step in retaining our valued workforce.

The need for registered nurses and advanced providers (physician assistants, midwives and APRNs) is so great and the job market is even more competitive, so we are adjusting the base pay of our registered nurses and advanced providers who perform direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings by 10% and moving the salary range by 10% as well.

A competitive job market means wages are moving at a rapid pace. Lee Health must remain competitive and this salary adjustment helps us retain and recruit dedicated, high-performing team members.

The salary increases will go into effect with the pay period that begins June 5.
