Incident Description
The 24-1D-H was being worked on by contractors when the Pack Off Rubber (seal) at the well head started leaking and spraying a mist of crude oil. The well was shut down and isolated. The production foreman was notified and called for assistance. A vacuum truck was already on the location and was used to assist in oil removal. The contractors placed oil pads. Cleanup and soil removal is in progress.
