Lee County Parks & Recreation will host a free “Movie in the Park” at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 14, at Veterans Park, 55 Homestead Road South, Lehigh Acres.
The PG-rated computer-animated musical comedy “Sing” will be the main feature. In a city of humanoid animals, a hustling theater impresario’s attempt to save his theater with a singing competition becomes grander than he anticipates even as its finalists find that their lives will never be the same.
Movie viewing will be located on central lawn. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs and snacks. Lehigh Acres Fire Control & Rescue will provide free popcorn and bottled water.
