Structure Fire at 201 Joel Blvd. The building is vacant; no one was located inside. Cause of the fire is undetermined at this time, investigators will enter once the structure is ventilated.
**Update: There’s evidence of unauthorized activity inside the vacant building. It appears that a fire was possibly left smoldering inside, in a tire used as a fire ring.
