As of today, Lee Health has:
– 457 COVID-19 patients isolated in our hospitals (inpatient).
– Yesterday, we had 64 new COVID-19 hospital admissions and 51 COVID-19 discharges.
– Currently, 67% of our ventilators and 6% of our ICU rooms are available for use. We have 43 COVID-19 patients on ventilators and 71 in the intensive care unit.
– Current census is at 95% of staffed operational bed capacity.
**Due to the drastic increase in COVID-19 hospitalizations, we are working to streamline an automated process to gather data on the percentage of our patients who are unvaccinated. We hope to have this new process in place soon.
