Did you know that the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi is placing an unconstitutional DC Police office here in Florida?
This past Tuesday, The U.S. Capitol Police announced that the agency was opening a regional office in Florida and also in California to investigate “threats to members of Congress in wake of the January 6th attack on the Capitol.”
In a statement, a department spokesman reported to the media, “At this time, Florida and California are where the majority of our potential threats are. The field offices will be the first for the Department. A regional approach to investigating and prosecuting threats against Members is important, so we will be working closely with the U.S. Attorney’s Offices in those locations.”
Several sources have identified that the U.S. Capitol Police here in Florida as well in other states will be using military listening and tracking devices against U.S. Citizens at will. Because the Capitol Police are being activated outside of the Capitol Region and also being activated via the Legislative branch of our government, they are exempt from Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, so the media and ordinary citizens have no way to see or know what, or whom the U.S. Capitol Police are spying on.
There is no Congressional nor constitutional process for a subsidiary law enforcement agency to exist, not even for satellite law enforcement agencies whose jurisdiction is limited to the area of only Washington DC.
Thus far, Governor Ron DeSantis nor anyone from his office has given an opinion, nor attempted to stop the establishment of House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi’s unconstitutional act here in Florida.
