Why doesn’t Lehigh Acres Fire Chief Robert DiLallo what the public know? Why has he tried to sick their attorney on us? When Attorney Richard Pringle has no working contact with the district?
And Attorney Pringle is NOT the custodian of the Lehigh Acres Fire Department records.
All we asked the department is the following records:
How many Chief vehicles are taken home? It’s a number _______
Now of those take-home vehicles how many of those employees live outside the district? It’s a number _______

How many of all employees currently live one hour or more from the district? It’s a number _______
Need to know the projected delivery date for the following:
Here is the list of vehicles we currently have on order:
- 1 – permeant Engine for station 106 It’s a date _______
- 1 – permeant Tender for station 106 It’s a date _______
- 5 – Rescues (including 1 for station 106 and 2 re-chassis) It’s a date _______
- 1 – SUV for second Battalion Chief It’s a date _______
- 1 – Pickup truck for Squad It’s a date _______
- 2 – Pickup trucks for Life Safety It’s a date _______
- 1 – SUV Command/Support vehicle It’s a date _______
- 1 – Pickup truck for Maintenance It’s a date _______
What is so hard in getting numbers or dates from the fire district. They already have this information and anyone can ask for it under the law.
Maybe Attorney Richard Pringle and Lehigh Acres Fire Chief Robert DiLallo would like to be arrested and go to jail, for NOT understanding Florida Statute 119.
