We could have a Fire Commissioner that does not live in Lehigh Acres and that is a felony. The address listed for this Fire Commissioner with the Lee County Election Office is not where the commissioner actually lives.
All five fire commissioners must live and have residence inside the fire district at all times.
Documents show that this Fire Commissioner co-owns the property but has not lived at the residence for some time.
Since the Fire Chief Robert DiLallo and the Fire Board do not recognize The Lehigh Acres Gazette they will not comment on this article.

But since Fire Chief Robert DiLallo and the Fire Board have known about this issue and have not done anything about it. They all could be charged with criminal negligence for not making this public and looking into it.
How more rules has the Fire Chief and board broken??
