NOTICE OF CHANGE OF PROCEDURE OF CONDUCTING THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING FOR THE LEHIGH ACRES FIRE CONTROL AND RESCUE DISTRICT
As authorized by EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 20-69, of the Office of the Governor of the State of Florida, the Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District (District) is changing the procedure for conducting the public board of commissioners meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at 5:00 P.M., so that the District shall utilize GOTOWEBINAR Conferencing Communications media technology as provided in SECTION 120.54(5)(B)(2), FLORIDA STATUTES, instead of holding a board meeting in a public building at the Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District Community Room, 601 East County Lane, Lehigh Acres, Florida 33936.
THE PROCEDURE OF CONDUCTING THE PUBLIC BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING BY GOTOWEBINAR CONFERENCING IS AS FOLLOWS:
Anyone wishing to attend the District’s Board of Commissioners Meeting scheduled for 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, shall attend using the GOTOWEBINAR conferencing method described below:
